Amazing service. They handled the insurance company for me, and were responsive even though the job was difficult (it's an old car, and the first parts they ordered were damaged and the color was tough to match - but they did). They also returned the car washed, detailed, and polished. Very nice people too, great to deal with.

I am a 17 year old, new car driver. I have a 2001 Nissan Maxima and i brought my car to A-Z Auto Repair to have my new Halo Headlights installed. The people in the office were awesome, real kind and professional. When i called the place the mechanic that i talked to on the phone knew exactly what i was talking about and gave me an estimate on the phone. When i arrived at the place he took a look at my headlights and said that they can be installed. I went back the next day and had them installed. I paid the same price he had estimated to me on the phone. Everyone at A-Z auto repair was incredible, and a great help! I would highly recommend them to anybody. Now since im being honest here the left headlight did have a small slight scratch that wasn't there when i purchased them. This scratch is barely noticeable but since I'm being honest i thought i should include this. Anyways other than that they did a Great job and that scratch doesn't even bother me. like i said barely noticeable! OVERALL these people were AWESOME, FRIENDLY, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. After an unfortunately accident, my car looks brand new. Thanks to Lee, Freddy and the rest at A-Z!

Pros: Excellent and helpful staff

Cons: I only see them when something bad happens to my car.

A-Z treats their customers like family. I have been a customer of A-Z for almost ten years. They've always been honest, trustworthy, straight forward, and wonderful to deal with. I've brought 3 cars I've owned there, and would refer anyone in a heartbeat. Their work is impeccable, their service is outstanding. Car trouble can be stressful (especially if it's an accident) and they make it an easier experience. From the folks in the office to the folks in the shop, A-Z is well run, efficient, and provide excellent customer service. They always do right by the customer. I would never go anywhere else; you just can't beat them!

I've only been to A-Z once, and I had a great experience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They charged a fair price and went above and beyond to make sure that you get a top-notch service(evident by how many thank you letters they got from their customers) I went there to have my door fixed, since the skin got warped after a minor accident. After the insurance was cleared(and they help me with insurance as well), it took them 2 days(may even be less) to actually fix the door, and the door looks as good as new. And not only that, they even cleaned the interior of my car, and I feel the excitement of driving a new car again. Thank you A-Z!

I brought my car in and they could not have been more helpful. They made my car look brand new>>> I hope that I dont have to go back soon. But if i do ever have a problem again A-Z is thew only place that I would go.

I believe A-Z in Cambridge is the top Auto Center in the city. Iv'e been using their services for years now and each time I visit, I feel like I'm treated well, get a good deal, and more importantly, my car(s) will be fixed to my satisfaction. Lee, Roi and Jody are all great to deal with and even though it not a place I look forward to having to go, when I do, I am pleased to know I will see friendly faces.

We had our car fixed here, and they did it faster than they estimated, and it looked really good. They gave good advice, too, on what was necessary or unnecessary work, and didn't try to talk us into more expensive work. Only been here once, but I'm pretty happy with the results. A good business interaction.

I would definitely tell any of my friends to go to A-Z Autobody. They did a great job on my car. They also where very quick and they have great customer service. My car looks like new again. You would never know there was an accident. I have got my autobody work done at other places in the past and I was never so pleased with the work done here. Thank you very much!

Took my car in, to get a rear passenger side panel repaired after being side swiped by another car switching lanes in to me. 2 weeks later, done. NO HASSLE, NO STRESS, NO PROBLEMS.They work with Hertz which will come to pick you up and drive you back when you drop the rental of. The car looks great, the colors match like nothing ever happened. Honestly, what else is there? If you need body work done look no further...
