This company forced our association to use their in-house landscaping and snow removal companies. Once we finally fired them we found they were overpriced by 40%!!!!! Also, they only provide partial financials, there weren't ever bank statements! DO NOT HIRE

My wife suddenly got job transferred to California for a two year assignment. We did not want to sell our house so we decided to have it professionally managed and I'm so glad we did. We Used J. Butler Property Management and we just can't say enough good things regarding them. From the very beginning they took the time to understand our needs and we felt very comfortable leaving our home in their hands. Within two weeks they had found wonderfull tenants and since then have kept great communication with us and have made the process so easy. It's refreshing to know there are still companies out there that do what they say they are going to and take such pride in the service that they offer. I would definetly recommend J. Butler Property Management to anyone looking for a property management company. Thanks.
