Needing body work done on your care is always a nightmare and I went into it very skeptical because of frustrating experiences in the past. Quotes were all over the place, but I went with the lowest quote that came from A-Z. The work was done quickly and at the exact price quoted, which was greatly appreciated because I didn't want to go back and forth with the person who damaged my car. However when I got home in the bright sunlight, I noticed that the paint didn't quite match. This is not an abnormal thing. Doing body work on a car almost always guarantees that someone will notice if they use a close eye, especially if you go with the cheapest quote. Matching paint, aligning panels, and having a finished color that matches across plastic, metal, and other panels is not easy. I've repaired many cars myself and know that it really takes time and experience to get this right. Nonetheless, I was disappointed because I felt that the work was not what was expected and that I'd have to go through rounds of negotiation with the person who damaged my car and A-Z. James and Kathy proved my expectations of a frustrating encounter to get the work done 'right' to be completely wrong. They were great! James was patient and listened carefully as I walked through the car and where I felt the repairs were unsatisfactory. Rather than fighting with me and telling me that I was wrong about the car not matching or coming up with excuses, James simply fixed the problem. AND HE DID IT OVERNIGHT WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES to uphold the quote I was given. They do great work at A-Z and treat the customer the way they should be treated. Their prices were significantly below the 3 other shops that I looked at and it's a very professional place that you should feel comfortable in whether you know a lot or a little about cars. If you have a problem, treat them kindly and they're reward you with great service.

I really enjoyed visiting A Z Auto Center today in Brighton, MA. All I needed was a headlight change and they were very eager to assist! Although they seemed swamped, Billy, one of the owners, took the time to listen to some of my concerns about some noise I was hearing in my engine. I told him I recently had a time tensioner that went out but was fixed this last week. He had a mechanic look into it and actually brought me back to have me look in my engine so both he and the mechanic could show me what looked incorrect. They advised I take my car back to the dealership where I had my service done, and have them review it. I appreciated Billy and his mechanics taking time to help me out. I'm always worried I'll get taken advantage of, especially when it comes to things I don't know too much about. But I didn't have to worry, Billy and his crew were great! There is no doubt that I'll be taking my car back for any future service. They know their business very well and I'll have no problem recommending them! If you are looking for knowledgable, well priced, and friendly staff, you would be silly not to check out A Z Auto Center.

Great service. Will exceed your expectations in any way possible. Would definitely do business with again in the future. Greg, my a-z rep, was always an easy phone call away and communicated all situations well. Great experience.

This place is great. They are honest and efficient. Their website is amazing; you can look at pictures of your car as it gets fixed. Ask for Greg -- he is the best.

This place is great. The are so nice and accommodating. They ordered my car door and had it painted so that when I brought the car in they only had to put it on and buff things out. I had it detailed and it looks like a brand new car, but is really 5 years old. Their prices were very fair. I would recommend A-Z to everyone.

Sparky and the guys at A-Z are the most honest, reliable mechanics I've ever used. They always explain what they are doing and why it needs to be done. They make you feel like a part of the family.

Pros: Great Service, Reasonable Prices

Cons: No where comfortable and quiet to wait for your car.

It was the first time I got into a car accident (bumper scratch/dent) and I was unsure of how to proceed. I had a brand new BMW and as you can imagine was really paranoid about body car shops having heard many horror stories of over charging or unneeded piece replacement / scam. Following my insurance companies guidance I selected a body car repair shop from the insurance's list, A-Z Auto Center was the one I chose. I came in on a morning to A-Z Auto Center and was greeted by the manager who efficiently handled the issue and set me up to have a rental pick me up at the center. My experience with A-Z Auto Center went smoothly in every way. I had a great experience with this center and I highly recommend the efficient, nice and professional staff at A-Z Auto Center. They gave me back the car a few days later like new, they also cleaned it inside and out at no extra charge. Their motto summarizes my experience "Quality, Honesty, and Customer Service"

I cannot stand getting my car worked on because it is always such a hassle. I had a hit-and-run and a huge dent in my car. I went to the A-Z body shop because it was close and because I had always had a good experience at the A-Z mechanic shop. They were great. Tony there helped me to deal with all the details of my insurance company and handled most of it on his own. He quoted me quickly, going over all my options with me, and gave me very fair prices. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal for my money. And, they have a rental shop right there, so I was able to drop off my car and then drive away in a very inexpensive rental. Also, they finished my car earlier than they had promised. I was very happy, so when I had another dent a few weeks later (such is life), I didn't hesitate to go back and ask for Tony. I had a repeat of the excellent, no hassle service experience. I highly recommend it!

I dropped off my car on New Year's Eve to replace the bumper and had it back Jan. 2 - all at a very reasonable price (I called a few other places for rough guestimates). Great customer service. This will be the spot for my future auto body/service needs.

Took my car in for inspection, and failed. I couldn't fix the car that day, however, so they told me to go back another time. When I went back a week or so later, they remembered me right away, and fixed my car very quickly. I didn't even have to remind them that I needed a new inspection sticker; when I went to pick up my car; they had already put on a new one.
