I had no idea there was a Verizon Wireless store on Newbury street. After standing in line forever just to start talking to someone on Boylston Street, I needed to find something better. A friend told me about this location, and it turned out great. I was able to get a new phone with a better text package, get my email and get music on the phone. They also had great bluetooth accessories, and all kinds of cases & chargers. This is the best cell store in the Back Bay.
Pros: Cool store, great people, no lines
