I am back home from working out of town, and needed to get a massage. My body was in pain from flying and the everyday life of work/stress and day to day activities. I found elements online. and after reading the comments i decided to try the elements in belmont. I called and was going to make a 55 min. appt but after talking to the female decided my body really needed a 80min and why not! the price is great! The front desk staff is nice and explains the massage in detail, so you know what you get before you arrive. The parking is great! no waiting or meters. When you walk in to elements, the studio is clean and the front desk greets you with a smile, and has that same smile on your way out! The rooms are great! peacefull and relaxing. The female therapist i had was amazing. I felt like she knew my body before i even got on the table. You will love elements if you want to be treated with respect and want a nice clean place with great HANDS!!! You also dont get rushed out. You can stay and relax in the great waiting area and talk to the staff like you have known them for years !!! You would never think that you could go to belmont and get such a great massage and service!!!!!!!!!!!! GOOD LUCK

Hello Everyone, I'm a student at B.C, and after taking long tests and sitting in a classroom chair for long hours, lets just say my back needed some work, along with my mind!. I found Elements on the web, searching for a place that could take my back pain away and make me feel great!!! Not only did they make me feel great, I was able to call up a day before and book a 80 min massage for a wed morning. The staff is trained GREAT! Element's is a very professional place. The Front Desk speaks to you like they have been your friends for ever. Making the apt. The female at the Desk was very helpful. explained everything to me about the massage the prices and their great deal. also great with directions on how to get to such a great place. I had a female therapist, but i believe they have males here too. Elements is great because its not like your Newbury St spas, The prices are Great! The Deep Tissue is amazing. You don't feel lost when you walk in the door! and you don't feel pressure to buy anything. You walk in and you almost forget that your in Belmont and not on a island someplace. The colors in the studio are amazing. very warm ! Like i said when i walked in and shut the door behind me i didn't want to leave. I was taken care of the from the beg. to the end. you even get water and a chocolate after the massage and you Def, don't feel like they rush you out for the next client. The girl at the front desk make you feel like you can sit in the waiting area talk all day! This was a great exp. for me and I'm def. going to go back and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great price and friendly service with people that treat you like you are walking into your own HOME!

Pros: Thumbs up on service and making you feel at home! The Front desk to the therapist really know how to make you feel great and the meaning of relax!!!

Cons: No shower's

I had my first massage at Elements of Belmont and I was nervous prior to the massage. The staff was extremely professional and made me feel at ease right away. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Boston area. I also free that the prices are very reasonable.

I have gotten a lot of massages over the years and even went to school for it, but I have never received a prenatal massage before today. It was a little disappointing not being able to lay on my belly, but that is by no means their fault, it's this big baby inside me saying no-way-jose! I am 38 weeks pregnant and have had back pain for the past 2 months straight so I thought this would be a damn good idea. It was! I was really happy with my masseuse, Tanya. She was so amazing, explaining why she couldn't give me more pressure or massage certain spots, because of this whole pregnancy thing. She spent a lot of time on my back and really worked out a lot of pained spots. it felt soooooo good. I haven't had much foot or leg pain but that didn't mean she left those out! I have never had my feet massaged the way she did it, perhaps it was my side angle, but it was really nice. I wished I could be in there all day. I came out and made another appointment for next week and will do so til the baby is born! She was AWESOME! The spa was nice too. It was calming, a nice chocolate brown instead of all the clean sterile white or 90's sage green walls you see at all the other spas. It was clean, well set up, and they didn't make you feel uncomfortable at all. I have been to some spas where you change and then have to sit in a waiting room with your robe on and I don't like that too much, this was nice, each room is quite private, cozy and welcoming. I really liked all the decor. The prices are pretty decent too, WAY cheaper than Boston or Cambridge! Parking is a plenty out front on the street. I refuse to go back to the old massage places again and can't wait to try this place postpartum. Someone recommended this place to me, I probably never would have gone in if not, but I will recommend it to everyone I know now! The location is unexpected and a tad strange but once you are inside it's a great place!

Pros: super relaxing atmosphere, cheap and lots of parking

Cons: thought the music was lame

I got three massages at Elements and each time it was a wonderful relaxing experience. It is a new place so everything is new and renovated. It is decorated in dark earth tones that are very soothing. The beds and sheets are heated so they are cozy and warm! They also play very calming music. It is a perfect escape from everyday life! Each time I got a message it was by a different person and they all did an amazing job and were very professional. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. The prices are unbeatable, especially for the quality of treatment you receive. A massage is also a great gift idea and I have given it out for many different occasions. You can buy packages and divide the massages up to different people so you can knock out a number of people’s birthday and holidays. Giving massages as a gift is easy and everyone loves receiving it! I highly recommend going to elements! You will be extremely satisfied and your body will feel the difference.

Pros: Ambience, quality of the massage, service, price, packages they offer

Cons: Paking is on the street or in a small lot in the back

My first visit to this new massage studio was today and I was very impressed. The studio is beautiful and my therapist, Christopher, was great....gently kneading all the knots out of my very stressed back and shoulders. Not only was the massage great..but it was about half the price of what I have paid in the past at a nearby day-spa! I highly recommend Elements if you are looking for a place to de-stress.

Pros: Parking, service, price, availability, ambience, convenience

Cons: None really
