I have to say that I was very disappointed with the hair cut and color I got at this salon. The place is beautiful inside but in saying that I paid dearly for the decorating rather than the quality of service I received. My hair color was way off and my hair was supposed to be trimmed and it ended up very short when all said and done. I actually expressed how upset I was with the end result and they still charged me over the top price. I felt like a number and it was very noisy and not relaxing. I would not recommend going here.

This place was very nice, decor , my stylist was great (I'm sorry to say I can't say the same for all the staff) I enjoyed my cappuccino but I really don't know what this place is thinking with the prices they charge. How much am I paying for that cappuccino anyway?? I looked at their website and the priced looked fair but I guess I missed the "Starting at". Does anyone get charged the starting at price?? My hair came out nice and I am happy with it but the price tag attached was just NOT worth it. I have paid much less than half of what I paid at Invidia for an equivalent service. I just can't justify in this economy allocating money towards an overpriced salon. Also they list themselves as a spa but the only spa services they offer is waxing??? When speaking with my neighbor she said that when she inquired about a pedicure the price was very high and when the person she was talking to seen the look on her face they said oh but your feet are soaked in an Italian crystal bowl ...she said that she couldn't help but thinking, I am looking to get a good pedicure not pay for your choice of crystal decor my feet can not tell the difference. This place overall is a nice place and the stylist that I had was quite capable. I am just very disappointed in what I ended up paying. The prices are just unjustifiable, especially in this economy. Keeping up with the Jones's is not my priorety right now, I can still enjoy getting my hair done etc. without paying the outrageous price tag.

I have been a client of Nicole's for years. The entire staff is professional and courteous. Jen and Jasmine keeps things calm and running smoothly at the front desk. Ben gives the best shampoo I've ever had. My entire family comes here. Usually we all see Nicole, but Kate and Kendra also give good cuts and color. My hair always looks great and, most importantly, I can create the same look at home because what's the point of getting a great cut and color if it's some weird style you can't recreate at home? They have a wide variety of professional products, neatly displayed at the front of the salon. The space is soothing because of the golds, purples and browns selected for the decor and the waterfall separating the color room. I can't wait until they open their new salon - I'll be there all day! Just make sure you bring the cappuchino maker with the fabulously comfortable pedicure chair to the new place!

What an exceptional place!. I truly enjoyed all the great amenities they offer from cappuccinos to wireless internet service. My appointment was complete satisfaction from the minute I walked in to the place and was greeted by the front desk staff, to the support staff, and the wonderful stylist, Lisa,. She catered to my every need and was very personable and professional. I don’t often write review, however I had to make an exception. A few of the great features of this business is the cleanliness and order. They made for a great atmosphere and experience. My hair also looks great and feels very healthy. I highly recommend Invidia to anyone who wants to get a great value and experience. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at Invidia was fantastic and I Thank the reviewers here for not disappointing. I can confirm that this business is very special. I was really impressed with the facility and the staffs chemistry. I was also completely satisfied with my services, especially my color services. I originally found Invidia on Redken's website and was happy to see that they are one of only a handful of salons in MA to have actual color certified experts. I have specific needs and concerns when it comes to my hair and appearance, which makes me a bit more critical when it comes to assessing my hair service experiences. I can say with absolute confidence that you can expect a great experience at this salon. I will definitely return for future services and am happy to say that I have found a home for my beauty needs.

Invidia was highly recommended to me by a good friend. From the moment you arrive you are greeted by genuinely warm and naturally friendly people. I have received services from three different people and all have shown the same high standard of knowledge and professionalism. I have visited both in the morning and late evening and each time the salon was very clean. The cappuccinos are as good, if not better, than my favorite Starbucks! I can't wait to see their new Salon and Spa. This place is worth every penny and I look forward to my next visit.

The salon itself is incredible and I am so happy to have it in my own backyard rather than making the trek to Boston. My stylist is so knowledgeable. Lisa Bengiovanni can make sense and style out of my very fine curly hair. Thank goodness for her! She is such a talent that I’ve followed her from salon to salon and I am certain we’ll both stay here for a long, long while! While these aspects are the reasons I keep going back to Invidia, they are not the reason for my writing this review. That reason is the salon’s receptionist, Jasmine. I recently called to book multiple appointments for several different treatments. Jasmine worked patiently with me over the phone communicating all the technical information about each hair process and guided me through the decision making process. She consulted with Lisa as needed and set everything up so efficiently and effortlessly that I hung up very grateful. When I returned home I picked up a voicemail from Jasmine. She had learned some new information and was able to improve my appointment schedule even more and called me with the results. She is incredible and a fantastic “face” to this very special salon. Thank you, Jasmine!

I am writing today to express my complete satisfaction with the services I received at Invida. I have had 4 appointments for various services and each and every time I have been very happy with the results and the customer service I received. I would also say that the atmosphere and professionalism is amazing. I am in the service business as well, and I am very impressed with how the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I also would add that the salon is immaculate, very clean. At my first visit I asked if the salon had just opened, I was shocked to find out they had been in business 6 years, the place is so clean it looks brand new, which to me, is a telling sign of how the rest of the business is run. The staff, and especially my stylist were very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. I would rate this business 6 stars instead of 5 if I could. I also found out on my last visit that they are expanding this year and adding even more salon and spa services, which is very exciting for me, because I feel that this is the best salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I recommend it with the highest rating.

My neighbor recommended Invidia to me. She has beautiful hair and it always looks so great and healthy. I feel that what made my visit to this salon so great is that the stylist was really knowledgeable and skilled. The service was very professional and pleasant as well. I also bought some really great products that have made a big difference in my hair’s overall feel and look. The assisting staff was also very nice. I am very happy and look forward to returning.

Hi everyone! I want to say that I love this place! You have to experience it. My best friend told me many times to switch my stylist and try this salon. I finally did and I can not believe how wonderful it is. My hair is my life, and I am very picky on how it is done. My stylist was awesome, she was really in tune with the trends and styles. I also loved the style of the salon, it is really beautiful. The front desk staff was really helpful too. I am really glad to have tried this salon out and will definitely go back. The prices are really good too, compared to my old salon, except this place is tens times more professional.
