User Reviews for RAD Employment Service

I was kind of insulted to have taken an hour taking their assessment tests, only to be pulled to an office and have my results undisclosed. They told me my results made me qualified, though they didn't have positions available at that time. I agree with a previous poster that their service reeked of a misplaced sense of superiority and phoniness. What further upset me was to see their job posts onto Craigslist for the exact position I applied for. Wasn't this position unavailable? What gives, R.A.D.?

I found this agency to be unresponsive when trying to reach them by phone or email. I was on an assignment. I also found the recruiters the phoniest I have met in the industry. Although able to smile at you they look at your like you are dirt. I would not recommend them, there are better agencies and temping is hard enough without having to deal with an unresponsive, phony agency.

I spent about 2 hours here one day, waiting for their (impolite) staff and taking their tests. They told me I had scored great on their tests, and that it would be no problem finding temporary OR permanent work. However, they never came through for me on either. I am very professional, and flexible. Appearantly, these aren't the qualities RAD is looking for in employees. Also, I notice they are always posting jobs on craigslist. These are the same jobs I asked about when I interviewed, but they never appeared. What a joke. Thanks for nothing.

Pros: NONE

Cons: Terribly slow, unreliable
