Referred to VCA for a neurological consult for injured dog, brought my own x-rays, and my vet called ahead with exam results and I was charged over $500 (consult was $160) for duplication of services for full triage which I had received 1/2 hour earliar at primary vet. Took advantage of me at a difficult time.
Pros: desk staff friendly
Cons: duplication of services

I took my puppy there and he ended up being sick . No one called me due to laB mix up for over a week, Then when i complained the most of the staff was very rude. I would deff. not take your dog there. I dont trust them with my animals care anymore. There very expensive and do not truly care for aminals. Do yourself a favor and dont go there .
Cons: awful service
