Well my girlfriend wrote down the quoted price $207 for the rugs and stairs to be cleaned which I heard her repeat 2 times. She then wrote it on her calender for today. Stephen came to the door 1/2 hour late. We moved the furniture the night before with furniture slider disks. He introduced himself and measured the rugs then raised the price to $365. He then got angry because I reminded him that was not the quoted price for service agreed to. I asked if he was listed with the Better Business Beaure and went to check with my girl friend if she could afford the increase and when I came back he was gone. The competition is coming to clean up the mess for $200.

Stephen did our rugs, and a whole bunch of upholstered chairs. He was fast, professional, and everything looks SO much better. Despite having to really get everything wet because it was so dirty (young kids are rough on the furniture), it dried quickly, and the cleaning agents he used didnt leave behind any strong smells. With kids in the house, I am highly sensitive to that sort of thing. Have already recommended him to my mom.

Stephen's Carpet,Upholstery&Drapery Cleaning were on time.Fast ,Courteous,Excellent Service. My Carpets looked like NEW! I was Amazed! Also,I'm at ease concerning Bacteria and Allergens. A great Value when it comes to a Healthy Environment. We are very Thrilled with the service. I will absolutely recommend Stephen's to all my friends and realtives! Thank you so much!
